Valentine’s Day Sweater
Um, HOW CUTE is this & Other Stories sweater for Valentine’s Day? The perfect shade of red (although it also comes in navy and powder blue), the chic neckline, the HEART SHAPED BUTTONS?? Honestly, I’m not a big V-Day person and I’m not sure I have a single thing in my closet with a heart motif of any kind but somehow… this one is just CHIC for Valentine’s Day and beyond. I also appreciate that the alpaca-blend sweater has ribbed cuffs and hem, plus some slight pleating at the shoulders to give it a strong shape. The navy option also has croissant shaped buttons which are so cute I can’t cope.
Crepe Maker
We’re inching closer toward one full year of pandemic. We deserve crepes. Quite frankly, we deserve a lot of things, but let’s start with crepes. This crepe pan and spreader set should get you started perfecting your craft, whether you prefer savory or sweet, or both in several courses. (Lol, guess which sort of person I am.) If you’d prefer, this electric crepe plate also exists. I have no preference as to how my crepes are made, all that matters is that they magically appear in front of me thank you and goodnight.
Valentine’s Day Hot Cocoa Bombs
These hot cocoa bombs are such a cute (and literally sweet) gift for someone this Valentine’s Day and it is 100% okay if that “someone” is you. If you haven’t seen these before, they’re decadent little “bombs” that you drop in a mug and top with the heated milk of your choice. They “explode” and all sorts of cocoa deliciousness and accompaniments (like marshmallows, hello) are revealed. I’ll take 17, thank you.
Fondue Set
I recently purchased a vintage fondue set and I have to tell you, it has officially become one of my favorite quarantine activities. I mean hello, it’s things dipped in cheese or chocolate or some other delicious sauce. This gorgeous copper fonduee set is a very similar style to the one I have, and also has the benefit of looking beautiful in the center of your table. Alternatively, if you’re looking for an affordable option, this Cuisinart fondue set is very highly rated. However you get into fondue, JUST GET HERE. Rich and I will be enjoying fondue this Valentine’s Day, and many, many days thereafter.
Collapsible Metal Straw With Case
Hello, my name is Mary and for some reason, I don’t want to drink anything out of a glass like a normal adults. I JUST LOVE A GOOD STRAW, OKAY? Specifically, give me this handy, and dare I say cute collapsible metal straw that comes in its own little case with a cleaning brush so that it never has to leave my side. You can buy them individually (in a huge range of adorable colors) or there’s a four pack, so you can toss one in every bag and never have to use a plastic option ever again.
V-Neck Sweatshirt
Can we please say yes to more v-neck sweatshirts in 2021? I mean, if we have to be in loungewear forever, let’s make it stylish, yes? YES. This V-neck Sweater from Agolde is unsurprisingly perfect—they’re one of my favorite brands for denim so it’s no shock to me that they can make a chic sweatshirt, too. The balloon sleeves give this sweatshirt an added point of interest in addition to the v-neck, which is really a nice change of pace after about a year’s worth of standard-issue crewnecks.
Traveling With A Tennis Ball
Remember flying? LOL, me neither. ANYWAY, this is a cool article regardless, all about the benefits of flying with a tennis ball of all things! Apparently, it’s great for mid-flight stretching and circulation exercises, so it’s especially smart to toss one in your bag before your next long-haul flight. You know, whenever that happens.
Freshwater Pearl Jewelry
Lately, I’ve found myself on a freshwater pearl kick when it comes to jewelry and I must say, it’s a refreshing (pun intended?) zone to be in. I started with this stunning pearl choker from Cult Gaia which I literally cannot wait to have a reason to wear. (I will probably just make one up.) I quickly moved on to a vintage-inspired necklace and this single-drop necklace which I simply cannot stop staring at. And, finally, I snagged this jaw-dropping half-and-half necklace because I have no self-control. There’s something so beautiful about these modern takes on your grandmother’s pearls, and I’m excited for their ability to elevate any outfit you pair them with. They’d make a sweatshirt look elegant when done correctly, and I’m a fan.
The Amazon Sweater
This does-it-all sweater is taking over the planet and I’m very proud of her accomplishments. I currently own it in four colors, because it’s super soft, ideally oversized, and is of course incredibly comfy. I mean, look at it. Better still, it doesn’t pill or shrink in the wash! The fabric looks… sort of weird and cheap in the product photos if I’m being honest, but if you watch the video, you can actually get a much better idea of the fabric’s finish. It is supposed to fit oversized, so I’d recommend ordering your usual size. Also, when I shared this sweater on my Instagram Stories recently, a follower let me know that the same brand also makes this gorgeous option as well, which I have of course ordered as well. The price and color selection are hard to beat and both sweaters have reviews that back up their current fame.
Bud Vase Napkin Rings
I recently stumbled upon these napkin rings that are ALSO TINY BUD VASES, and promptly fainted. They add such a charming touch to a place setting and actually make it really easy for you to add a little nature to your tablescape, beyond just your centerpiece. I’ve already enjoyed using them for date nights at home, but until we can have actual dinner parties again, feel free to also enjoy them during your work-from-home lunch. Live your best life, people.
Clear Phone Ring Holders
I’ve shared these smart, universal phone ring holders that attach to any case before, but just as a reminder, they have multiple benefits. They double as a little kickstand, so in addition to preventing you from dropping your (expensive!) phone while you’re holding it, you can also use it to prop up your device for hands-free video watching. Also, the piece that adheres to your phone is clear acrylic, so your beautiful phone case isn’t obscured in the slightest. Win-win-win.

Crest Whitening Emulsions
I started using this Crest leave-on emulsion treatment lately and I really like it. While white strips are effective, they often don’t reach your first molars, which are visible from the side when you’re smiling. This offers more complete and customizable coverage and teeth whitening. I’m all for itt.
Little Girl Ponytail Holders
I am SO pleased to report that we are now firmly in pigtail territory, which means Colette’s hair accessory collection can really start to come into its own. These little ponytail holders with bows (!!!) are my favorites so far. They’re colorful, affordable, keep fine baby hair in place, and have stood up over time.

This is SUCH good news for anyone who’s sensitive to scents. ELEMIS has just released a scent-free version of their insanely popular pro-collagen cleansing balm. You’re well aware of how much I adore this cleanser, and, personally, I NEED the scent of the original version in my life, but I know that not everyone has the same olfactory preferences that I do. Scented products can also make people with very sensitive skin have irritations and breakouts, so this development is pretty stellar for anyone scent-sensitive. Enjoy all of the efficacy, and none of the scent!

Have you seen Banana Republic’s new luxe line of performance wear? I can vouch for its fabulousness! I recently ordered this hoodie in the olive shade, as well as these leggings in the same shade, and a 2-in-1 raincoat in white that I’ll wear forever.
