    Power Crunch Protein Bars

I joked in my hair tutorial video about sharing my favorite protein bars and how no one cares except everyone in my comments and DMs really did care. So, for those wondering, I love the Power Crunch protein bars, but SPECIFICALLY (and only) the peanut butter cream flavor. These are light and crunchy and packed with 13g of whey protein. The nutrition facts refer to the serving size as “1 cookie” (because they taste as good as cookies), but these protein bars only have 6g of sugar.

    Roasted Garlic Achaar

Step aside aioli and Dijon, thanks to my friend Abra Belke, this roasted garlic achaar from Brooklyn Delhi is my new favorite condiment. Achaar is a South Asian pickle used in a lot of Indian cooking to add a bit of kick. Combining it with garlic and what I can only assume is black magic, this sauce is tangy, savory, slightly sweet and absolutely delicious on everything. I seriously put this on everything from eggs and sandwiches to soups and burgers.

    Wander and Ivy Wine

An open bottle of wine doesn’t last long, but the pain of having to dump a bottle you didn’t finish lasts forever. That’s why I’m obsessed with these single serving wines from Wander and Ivy. They’ve taken premium wines and portioned them in 6.3 oz bottles so you’ll never waste another drop. I made Wander and Ivy my first glass of wine post baby (which you can watch here) but my obsession with this brand has only intensified since that first sip. Highly recommend ordering or finding at a local liquor store!

     Red Velvet Oreos

Since Oreo cookies were invented, there have been countless limited-edition varieties like Apple Pie Oreos, Gingerbread Oreos, even Candy Corn Oreos. My favorite twist on the classic sandwich cookie is the Red Velvet Oreos, which were discontinued back in 2020 (for shame). Thankfully, I’m not alone in my deeply-held desire for a return of the red velvet Oreo and the brand has finally succumbed to the will of the people. Red Velvet Oreos are back on shelves while supplies last! But based on their popularity, I wouldn’t bank on supplies lasting long…

    My Favorite Throat Drops

Spring has sprung and along with it, an explosion of pollen. (Or, if you’re me, a perpetual pregnancy-induced post-nasal drip causing me to constantly cough.) The best defense against anything making your throat feel less than optimal is these throat drops from Ricola which are hands-down my favorite cough drops EVER. The sugar free, lemon mint herbal flavor tastes so good and soothes coughs and sore throats with menthol and Swiss mountain herbs. I order them in bulk on Amazon and will likely never use another cough drop again.
