Alright, now I get it. I’ve heard rave reviews of these MZ Wallace bags for years and honestly felt kind of in the dark about why they were so great. I finally got one and… welp, they were right. They’re so good for casual days where comfort and function are basically all that matters to you, but it would be great if the bag also happened to be conveniently cute. They’re incredibly comfortable to carry over your shoulder (no leather straps digging in!) and have all the perfectly-placed pockets you need. I have this Max version, but this option is also great for travel because it has a pass-through to fit over your carry-on suitcase while you’re wheelin’ through the terminal or waiting in an uncomfortably long Starbucks line.
There are fewer baby blankets more luxe, or more cozy than this beauty which has been our absolute favorite since Colette was born. Tuwi’s Wave blanket is made of 100% fair-trade baby alpaca wool, and is soft and light but still warm and breathable. Essentially, it’s perfect. They make lots of different blankets and knitwear for baby, home and more. I mean, just look at this baby hat!
I was recently introduced to Lightbox Jewelry, and feel like this is extremely cool. All the diamonds used at Lightbox are lab-grown, but they actually have all of the same physical and chemical properties as natural diamonds. Lightbox sets them into stunning, high quality jewelry with super transparent pricing. To learn more, watch this video that explains everything about lab-grown diamonds. *Starts building her own lab—evil cackle.*
Attention busy moms aka all moms. Collective Child is going to give your kid a better wardrobe than you. It’s a subscription-based, try-on-at-home service that sends you high quality, designer clothing for kids right to your door. You only pay for what you keep, and send the rest back. And you can decide how frequently you want to receive boxes. These clothes are absolutely gorgeous, equal parts cute and stylish. You can set your style preferences up front, so you know every box will be tailored to you (and your child’s age).
Because we love wine, but don’t necessarily want a bottle every time we want a glass, I recently asked you all for single-serving wine recommendations via my Instastories. You delivered. Standout suggestions that I’ll be trying include: Nomadica, Vinebox, and Usual Wines. Cheers to making that entirely necessary evening glass a little bit more convenient.
Greetings, and welcome to my new obsession. Dudley Stephens is a shore-to-city brand founded by two sisters, creating coziness for nights by the water or nights out on the town alike. Their designs are so functional and chic at the same time it’s sorcery. I ordered this coat and this tunic-length turtleneck which is (THE MOST WONDERFUL THING and) practically begging to be paired with your favorite faux leather leggings. Also, fun fact, the majority of their styles are sustainably spun from recycled yarn!
For all breastfeeding mamas looking for a (tasty!) tea that helps with milk production, I highly recommend Earth Mama’s Milkmaid Tea. This company creates teas for all kinds of pre-and-post natal concerns (there’s even one called Third Trimester!), but their Milkmaid version has made a noticeable difference in milk production for me. I have multiple cups a day and buy in bulk.
In this house, we love a quick route to delicious meals, particularly when there’s a strong focus on nutrition. Goodstock Soups, of NYC fame, have recently expanded their shipment locations to include the entire East Coast and as far west as Oklahoma, Kansas and Minnesota. With wholesome ingredients, no additives, and zero preservatives, they’re the best, most convenient way to get nutritious, comforting, delicious soup on the table in no time. Just take the individual bags out of your freezer, heat and serve. We’re busy. It’s winter. I want the soup. Sometimes I even share with Rich.
Do you know who likes having dark, puffy circles with cakey, smudged undereye makeup? Literally no one. Okay so, here’s how we solve this: Becca’s under eye primer is a cooling balm that ensures your makeup applies effortlessly, and stays right where it belongs without caking or creasing. There’s really no reason not to use this. Pro tip: Keep this stuff in the fridge.
Fun fact: I don’t love it when my rosemary turns against me three hours after I buy it. This cute little herb saver is a very affordable way to get the most longevity possible out of your herbs. It’s got a minimalist design, so don’t worry about your kitchen suddenly looking like a greenhouse, and can literally give you triple the lifespan of your herbs. Save money, cook delicious recipes, this is a no-brainer.
In the past, I’ve used other Bluetooth keyboards for on-the-go work moments like travel days and other times when getting back to the office to accomplish large tasks just isn’t possible. But this one is an upgrade to my old model because it allows me to seamlessly switch across devices. You can connect three devices at a time and a simple dial allows you to move between them. For anyone whose workday is multi-device, this is so smart.
