When I posted this two-toned cardigan from Ronny Kobo two years ago, it sold out in minutes. I mean it when I say: “Run, don’t walk.” This is one of my all-time favorites and still looks good as new after countless wears.
Lenox Ornaments
Consider this a friendly reminder: tiny people are obsessed with tiny things. I got this Nutcracker ornament set for Coco last year before taking her to her first Nutcracker Ballet. My intention was to incorporate a few Nutcracker-themed items into her everyday so that she became familiar with the characters and themes before seeing the show. It totally worked because when it came time to watch the ballet, she knew what was going on and really enjoyed the experience. Fast forward to this year, both girls just want to sit and play with these tiny nutcracker ornaments at the bottom of our tree for hours. They love moving the tiny pieces from one branch to the next. Given this set’s popularity, I’m now thinking of expanding our collection to this Christmas set, and this one or maybe both? Anything to keep my toddlers occupied.

I’m not sure what brand of end-of-year burnout I have, but lately all of my pullovers have seemed too daunting a task to put on. Pull something over my head you ask? That’s simply too much for a mother of two toddlers during Q4. All I want are cozy, zip-front options that won’t cause me to dislocate a shoulder. I’ve always seen my cell phone case as an accessory that I can change with my mood or the season. They say you can never have too much of a good thing and coincidentally, that’s also how I feel about coats. The oversized fit leaves room to layer underneath, making it the perfect topper to throw on and go this winter.

We recently came across this Story Time Chess game at a friends’ house and turns out, it won the 2021 Toy of The Year Award. Do you like how I said that like I knew that award existed prior to five minutes ago? Nevertheless, I can attest the game is a winner and if you’re a chess lover and/or want your child to be, this is it. The box includes chess sets for kids and mini games that bring the game of chess alive and weave the rules and strategy of the game through fun and engaging stories. It’s perfect for boys and girls ages 3-103 and we bought it for Coco for Christmas so she can live out her Queen’s Gambit dreams.
