Yesterday I rounded up my top ten beauty must-haves that are all included in the crazy spring Sephora sale. If you haven't stocked up on your favorites yet, hop-to because the SALE ENDS TONIGHT! Aside from snagging all of your ride-or-die products, it's also a great time to test out products you've been wanting to try while you can get them at a reduced price. As you know, I loooove Make Up For Ever foundation, so I've been wanting to try this sheer version of the product for summer. For all of the details and promo codes, check out yesterday's post here.

My friend Blair of Atlantic-Pacific knows a thing or two about great photography. She's a bonafide master at finding the most picturesque locations for all of her spectacular photo shoots and recently she shared a comprehensive guide to the best backdrops in NYC. If you're preparing for engagement photos, family photos, blog photos or just want to check out some of the most picturesque corners of the Big Apple, you can trust that Blair knows the best of the best.

I returned late last night from an amazing bachelorette weekend in Charleston and as the Maid of Honor, I was tasked with the planning/coordination of weekend festivities. A couple weeks ago I serendipitously connected with Randi of Kay & Co. Weekends and can't recommend them highly enough if you have an upcoming bachelorette party in Charleston or New Orleans. Kay & Co is a boutique travel planning company that crafts thoughtful, creative getaways for bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, weddings & the occasional girls' weekend, too. While I already had the weekend planned out before I found them, I did use them to help put together a surprise "bubbly bar" which kicked off the weekend in such a fun, festive way. I had never been to Charleston before so Randi was also invaluable in answering my last minute questions about the area. Can't recommend highly enough!!

I recently found out about these amazing cross-body iPhone cases from Cara Van Brocklin's instagram and immediately ordered this one from Amazon. The accessory is part case, part cross-body bag and I can't tell you what a game-changer it has been over the past three weeks since arriving at our door. It's a sleek, slim leather case that also has a snapback pocket for any cards you want to keep handy while on the move. The best part? The case has a detachable cross-body strap that allows you to keep your phone at-the-ready without always having to be in your hand. When I'm at home or at my desk, I easily remove the cross-body strap and it's just like holding your phone in any sleek case. However, when I'm on-the-go, the cross-body strap is indescribably wonderful. I have my phone immediately available (not shoved into a handbag) but don't have to hold it in my hand. I can't tell you how convenient this was while traveling—both in and out of Charleston but also just while exploring the city and hopping in and out of ubers. It's also just incredibly convenient to have both hands free of my iPhone when out to drinks or during the day running from meeting to meeting. As mentioned, I bought this one from Amazon, but they also sell a ton of other styles at Nordstrom as well. Easily one of the best purchases I've made lately and it doesn't hurt that they look really chic as well.

I love these little updates – they’re always so fun to read and I love how you get straight to the point. I also have to agree, Blair is queen of picture perfect spots 🙂 That iPhone case is so stylish and chic – I may have to pic one up (oopsie!)
