    Espresso Chocolate Chips

Um… chocolate chips come in FLAVORS?! I had no idea that Nestle Tollhouse covered such ground with their options but recently discovered that their lineup includes sea salt caramel, milk chocolate & peanut butter, and dark chocolate, to name a few! I am currently hooked on the espresso flavor and I’m going to use them to make these cookies, forthwith. I do not intend to share.

    How To Make Frosé

Far more than just a delicious, drinkable Instagram opportunity, frosé is the frosty beverage begging to be on everyone’s rooftop this summer. Except mine. *Continues to type through soft sobs.* This frosé recipe is easy, delicious and a foolproof crowd-pleaser.

    Halfbaked Harvest’s Chocolate Banana Bread

Do you ever bake something so amazing that you start hoarding its ingredients so you can always make it any time a sudden craving shows up? That’s the case with Halfbaked Harvest’s Chocolate Banana Bread. I made this last week and it’s so delicious that I’m literally about to close my laptop and go bake it again. If you’re a fan of delicious things made in loaf pans, this one’s a winner.  Pro-tip: Err on the side of leaving it in the oven too long to bake than too short. There’s nothing worse than realizing your loaf is starting to…

    Amazing Thanksgiving Dish Ideas

Do you have a ton of time to plan what you’ll bring to Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, and all the other ‘sgivings?  Me neither. So I was delighted to see that Jacey of Damsel in Dior just shared some scrumptious looking ideas!  I’m kind of entirely obsessed with those little pumpkin rolls.

    Thai Peanut Ramen Recipe

I chronicled my first foray into making this recipe last week on Instastories , and while I’m not necessarily Julia Child when it comes to cooking tutorials, I can confirm that this recipe by Half Baked Harvest is a KEEPER. Absolutely delicious, easy, and perfect for cozy fall nights (now that the weather is cooperating). Huge thanks to Liz Adams of Sequins & Stripes for this amazing find!

    Delicious, Easy Recipes

We recently had friends over for dinner and since I didn’t have a lot of lead-time, I made this stupidly-simple chicken recipe (aptly named “World’s Best Chicken”) with this super easy brussels sprouts and butternut squash combo on the side.  Both were huge hits and went immediately into my “favorite recipes ever” folder.  Highly recommend.

    Glowing Green Smoothie

A girlfriend recently got me onto this smoothie recipe which I’ve been making constantly the last few months with our Vitamix.  Not only are the health benefits phenomenal, but if you read more about it here, Kimberly Snyder aptly points out the important nutritional value of blended smoothies as well: Blending helps make greens’ full spectrum of nutrition readily available to the body.  Nutrients are encased inside plant cells and getting their benefits requires these cells’ walls to be ruptured. Greens need to be worked down to a creamy consistency, but most people simply don’t chew that much!  Blending addresses…

KILLER RECIPE: Chrissy Teigen’s Chipotle-Lime Chicken Fajitas

Some things are just universally true. For example, if Chrissy Teigen says it’s delicious–it is. Case in point, I just tried her Chipotle Lime Chicken Fajitas via Blue Apron.  Simply put, EAT THIS.  These are 100% the best chicken fajitas I’ve ever had.  Honestly, I think about them at least once a day.  And it’s not surprising, anyone who’s tried even one recipe from her cookbook Cravings knows that in addition to being a Clapback Queen and all-around hilarious human, Chrissy can cook.  This is the perfect excuse to sign up for Blue Apron if you’ve been mulling it over ($30 off…

    Killer Watermelon Ceviche Salad Recipe

Fans of goop recipes will no doubt want to dive into this Summer Watermelon & Ceviche Salad with reckless abandon. It’s a trip to the farmer’s market on a plate (but feel free to source your ingredients at like… the grocery store), amped up with ginger, coconut cream, and chilis for a truly fresh flavor combination. Personally, I like to top it off with a little crumbled feta, too, because I’m never lacking in reasons to add cheese.

    Ridiculously Delicious One-Pot Chicken Recipe

If you’re going to master a crowd pleasing recipe before summer ends, let it be this one.  I spotted it on Food52 last week and kind of can’t wait to make it again.  It comes together so simply, in literally one pan, and encourages lots of dipping bread in sauce, which is one of my favorite activities.  Go ahead and try this now while tomatoes are awesome and in season—my thinking is it’ll become a staple for anyone who loves hosting friends for dinner.
