Belly Buds
Yep, these are baby bump headphones. I recently received these as a gift, and they might sound a little (a lot?) weird, but I’m super into them after reading lots of research (of the legitimate, scientific variety) on the effects of prenatal music exposure on cognitive development. It is nutty that babies can start hearing at 20 weeks and start developing memories at 30 weeks. So the real question now is which Celine Dion album is best for brain function? Thoughts?
Dead To Me on Netflix
Dead To Me is next in my Netflix queue because it seems like you can’t hop on Instagram or go to happy hour without somebody mentioning the new series. Though honestly, they had me at Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini. Dream team!
Pippa Dress by Sundress
Leave it to one really warm weekend to remind you that you need clothing for really warm weekends. I just bought this ridiculously adorable dress in red and blue. While you’re on Shopbop, scroll through their pink/coral edit. I want every single item for summer.
Anti-Fatigue Floormat
And now, in tired feet news, this anti-fatigue floormat is very cool if you have a standing desk or if you spend a lot of time standing and cooking in the kitchen. The floormat relieves pressure on your feet, legs and back and makes things extra comfy so that you can focus on the task at hand, as opposed to your aches and exhaustion. Everlane Skirt
I bought a white skirt like this several years ago, and every time I wear it I get inundated with questions. This is the first time I’ve seen something like it, and I love all three colors it comes in (though how fun is the white one for summer?). This is such a fantastic closet staple if you’re looking to add pieces that round out you summer wardrobe and make dressing for essentially anything really easy. It’s Everlane, so obviously the price is spectacular.
Prenatal Vitamins
I get a lot of questions around which prenatal vitamins I use, and these are it! As always, consult your doctor before you decide on the best choice for you.
Pearl Hairclips
As we’ve discussed, hair accessories are where it’s at this summer. They’re another thing you can’t help but notice on the ‘gram. I just found these pearl clips on Amazon and can’t wait to wear them. Bonus points to summer 2019 for making the most popular hair accessory the most affordable one, too.
