Lest I get too carried away talking about how this blazer looks ten times more expensive than it actually is, allow me to swoon over this absolutely perfect midi slip skirt (in color Beechwood). The semi-fitted, midi-length skirt falls so beautifully and the juxtaposition of the heavy, structured wool blazer with its light, silkiness warms my heart like a mug of hot apple cider. I love the skirt so much I ordered it in black too. It’s lightweight and flowy, but the satin fabric has a bit of heft so it holds it shape and drapes beautifully. This is the problem with so many slip skirts with fabric that’s impossibly (and unactractively) thin.
