Today I’m continuing my recap of some favorite street style snaps from New York Fashion Week. As you might have noticed, the bitter cold temperatures in NYC last week often meant ditching any fun footwear plans and sticking to over-the-knee boots that covered as much skin as possible. Luckily, these Stuart Weitzman favorites worked with lots of the ensembles I had planned, so I just ended up wearing them over and over. Tomorrow will be my last Fashion Week Memo before going back to some more work-ready ensembles next week. Happy almost Friday!

I’d love to see a post about how you care for your items! They always look so crisp, clean and polished! I love suede, but have sworn it off (I’m sure only temporarily) because it looks terrible the second I step outside (read: get caught in snowy/icy/salty Michigan conditions). Your boots look brand new.
Since I grew up in Wisconsin, I certainly feel your pain! If you live in a place where there’s quite a bit of snow, I would recommend saving suede boots like these for special occasions rather than an everyday. From my experience, it’s the overexposure to salt that really kills them quickly. However, there are lots of weather protector sprays out there that can help a lot with this. Also, whenever my boots (suede or otherwise) get particularly snowy or salt-covered, I always try to wipe them off as soon as I get indoors. Having that salty wetness dry on the leather is what causes the most damage. Hope this helps!!
Love the red and black together. The lining of that coat is so pretty.

I agree with Elizabeth R. above. Your clothes always look so clean, pressed and crisp and they fit perfectly. Some fashion bloggers look like they have never seen an iron and sometimes things don’t fit them very well. You show what a true professional should look like.
Such a wonderful look – love the red and white combination!

Beautiful coat and great bag!
I love your hair up like this! You should do it more often. Showcases your earrings and the lovely coat collar so nicely.
The color of that coat is gorgeous!

I love the hoop in your cartilage piercing! Where did you get it?
I actually don’t have a piercing there. It’s a tiny earcuff by Baublebar : )
