I recently snagged this side-tie sweater from new favorite brand, Willow & Clay, and can’t get enough (I also bought this adorable top).  They have the most beautiful pieces at super affordable prices (you can check out some more beauties here).  The grosgrain ribbon ties add interest to this staple sweater, and somehow it works as well with this business casual look as it does with cut-off jean shorts on a sunny day.  For those of you asking, I’m sporting this nude camisole underneath for a little extra coverage on a busy day full of business meetings.
