One example of a spring style move to toss into heavy rotation is in this look. Which, if we dig deep here, is an outfit full of favorites. First, a belted look. Blazers and suits go together really naturally because of their shape and the way they create a balanced, no-brainer look from head to toe. However, that’s a little different when you’re mixing and matching. The way I created the same balanced, pulled-together feel to this look is by simply belting it! The cinched waist gives the outfit a great shape and the overall look enough professional polish for the office. 

The gorgeous flats are an added bonus that prove our professional lives do not have to be lived entirely in heels.
