Remember strappy sandals?
Those darlings? They’re back, whooshing their way around our feet in the most uplifting way possible. Case in point? These Schutz beauties that come in four colors and operate at a heel height everyone can be comfortable with. Wear these barely-there sandals to a black-tie wedding or with your favorite pair of cropped jeans. They’re never a bad idea.
PVC bags are also making a really strong showing again this year.
They continue to elevate themselves into a realm far more stylish than “your bag must be clear to enter this football stadium.” Staud has always been at the forefront of this effort, and their Bissett bag is the perfect proof, though I also have my eye on the Shirley. And in the non-PVC realm, Staud is also proving its genius with the Sadie bag.
Please note the mirror underneath the flip top lid of this bag and tell me where this feature has been hiding my whole life?! Needless to say, this bag is currently in transit to my apartment and will be making an appearance very soon on a blog near you.

Okay and last but not least, perhaps also my favorite: barrettes!
Yes, those things you wore as a child! Yes, those things your parents used to step on and yell at you about! They’re back! I’m so excited, barrettes are truly a trend for every hair style and texture, and simply put: they’re the cutest. I’ve got this one happening by Alexandre de Paris, embellished with pearls, but there are so many ways to try this trend. Just take a scroll through this page and tell me you don’t have the overwhelming urge to add everything to cart. I mean, this bow clip?! Get outta here.
ALEXANDRE DE PARIS

This look is entirely available at Nordstrom.
Its rounded out by an absolutely essential Marc Jacobs trench and a Rebecca Taylor dress clearly signaling that I’m approving all of your floral choices this spring. And if you think the dress is cute, just wait until you see it in white. BUT, right now we’re not here to talk about the clothes, we’re here to talk about the accessories that enhance them, and I think we’ve done good work.
So in sum, you may now officially begin your spring trend stock-up. On that note, I will leave you with the below round-up of my absolute favorite spring it-bags. Go get ‘em, tiger.

My Favorite Bags For Spring

Oh yes, we’ve hit a jackpot on this post! For a girl who cannot get enough of accessoires, this post is for me! Even as a young child, I’ve always loved headbands, hair clips, and fun hair accesories. So I’m thrilled that hair accessories are all the rage right now because it allows me to combine my inner child with some chic and current trends. I also love the new Chloé bag, too – I espeically love it in the green croc print style. 🙂
