Laura Mercier Caviar Eyeshadow Stick

I’ve mentioned these Laura Mercier Caviar Eyeshadow Sticks in past Instastories, but given the heat and my need to be ready quickly (and very easily) I’ve been using them a lot lately. They can be used in a multitude of ways, as classic shadow, blended for a smokey eye, combined colors, etc., but I love using them to give an almost diffused effect as a subtle eyeliner on my top and bottom lids. It’s effortless and color is so smooth and long-lasting, you really can’t go wrong. The hue I’ve been loving (and using most) lately is Amethyst.

Jouer Lip Liner

To be Frank (lol I’m not Frank, I’m Mary) anything Jouer makes for our lips is simply heavenly. But at the moment I’m particularly into the brand’s lip liner in Sable, which I wore to a wedding I went to over the weekend. It goes on so smooth and lasts forever, which is very key when you’re at an event and you want to focus on, you know…the event rather than constant touch ups.

I’ve shared this favorite many times in the past, but when staring down into my tote bag that was littered with at least four of them at the bottom, I thought it was high time to share again because they’re JUST SO GOOD. The Neutrogena MoistureSmooth Color Stick is the drugstore product I’ve obsessed over and hoarded for nearly 10 years. My favorite color is plum perfect, but the shade lineup is amazing and the price is unbeatable for something this gorgeous and moisturizing. So so moisturizing. A perfect winter lip option.

L’oreal’s Rouge Signature Lightweight Matte Colored Ink

So obviously Nars Powermatte is my gold standard when it comes to longwear liquid lipsticks of the matte variety. But because there’s literally no reason to stop exploring new pout products (coining a phrase, you heard it here first), I recently added this to my collection and am VERY excited about it. It’s L’oreal’s Rouge Signature Lightweight Matte Colored Ink. It’s very unique — much lighter than any other liquid lipstick I’ve tried, so is really nice for everyday when you don’t want to reapply every two seconds, but aren’t ready for a real dramatic lip. Recent Lip Favorite

I recently discussed the top reader-recommended lip products which was about the time I finally joined the rest of the world and bought the Dior Addict Lip Glow in shade “Berry.” I now can’t figure out what I did before having this product. SO moisturizing and a beautiful touch of color. But speaking of moisturizing lip products, I can already feel the cooler temps starting to dry out my lips, so I’ve been hitting this Laneige product hard. Laura Mercier Velour Extreme Matte Lipstick

If you follow me on instagram or have peeped my ultimate list of beauty favorites, you know I’m a huge fan of Laura Mercier. The brand just launched a new line of matte lipsticks which I’ve been testing over the last several weeks and I can now confirm I’m an enormous fan. They’re full coverage, matte, moisturizing, and come in the most insanely beautiful range of colors. I’m also a huge fan of the long, slim “bullet” packaging with a built-in shaper for when you need a perfect line.

Longwear Liquid Lip Color: Perfect Everyday Colors

You’ve heard me wax on about this NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment many times in the past, especially when looking to achieve the perfect bold red or burgundy lip that lasts all night. However, I just tried two of their lighter shades as well which has made me love the product even more. Currently, shade “Get It On” is my favorite for an understated, natural color that doesn’t budge all day long. I love it so much I also just ordered “American Woman” and will report back on whether it’s a keeper as well!
