Ummmm please don’t bother me I am quite busy depuffing with my Finnish Carelian soapstone eye stones that I’ve cooled in the fridge to place atop my face and feel fabulous, thank you. Bonus points for their little eye holes that allow me to see if someone is trying to sneak up on me. I am always watching. Approach with caution.
Eye Stones
Spring and summer get all the glory when it comes to being considered “wedding season,” but in the past few years, we’ve actually had just as many (if not more) friends tying the knot in September, October and November. Personally, I think getting married in the fall is super cool (sometimes literally). The mood is elegant, the decor and sometimes even the natural surroundings create such stunning backdrops. Since today is Rich and my fourth wedding anniversary, I’ve got weddings on the brain and am looking forward to some very special fall weddings we have coming up this season when (hopefully) my midsection has returned to pre-watermelon status and my dress options multiply in number. Until then, I wanted to share this emerald green look I wore to a wedding recently, as I think it’s such a good dose of jewel-toned inspiration for all the formal events that come up in fall.
