Obviously these days, comfort is king, and that extends to shoes. Birdies are the ideal work-from-home footwear because they’re basically slippers on the inside, and outdoor-appropriate shoes on the outside. They’re a marvel of modern footwear and I recently ordered these and these, and look forward to a very comfortable spring south of my ankles.

It’s Day 16, and we’re tackling a tricky one: the corporate charity gala. These black-tie affairs are events where the company you work for has likely purchased a table (or several of them), and you can count on all your colleagues, as well as your boss, being in attendance. So, it’s a social event, but full of people you work with, and for extra fun—it’s formal attire. Oyy. Let’s do this.
