Apologies for the sparse posting the last couple of days, but I’ve been traveling for the past two weeks in Spain and this week especially, I’ve been super busy housing croquettes and drinking cava until I’m cross-eyed. I feel a bit guilty about not being in the USA today on Independence Day, so I overcompensated this morning by frolicking around in this beautiful field of red and white blooms in Mallorca, sporting my full red, white and blue. Not sure if the “americana loca” comment by a little Spanish man walking his dog nearby was directed at me or not…
