Happy Monday! I sported this (mostly) monochromatic blush look last week to Kate Spade’s NYFW presentation, which is always a favorite. The show incorporated an element of the “see now, buy now” model, with many pieces shown part of their newly released spring collection online.

This blush blouse with floral detailing is one of those rare birds that can fly in the office with your favorite pair of classic trousers as easily as it can with black cutoffs on a spring or summer day. It somehow nods to your inner boho flower child, while maintaining a refined elegance fit for any situation.
Since the bomber jacket trend is most certainly here to stay, I can’t say enough good things about the fit and buttery deliciousness of this leather beauty—yet another piece that was perfect in Friday’s frigid temperatures, but will also be an integral part of my summer wardrobe. And speaking of trends that are here to stay for the foreseeable future, according to the runways and streetstyle stars of New York City, statement earrings are only gaining steam, so do your jewelry box a favor and check out these beauties which I’ve now worn four times since opening the box three days ago. Even the most uninspired ensemble is made effortlessly chic with this simple addition. And, despite their size, they’re surprisingly lightweight, so no sore ear lobes in sight after a long day (or night).

I love this ensemble! The blush blouse and pants match so well that it almost looks like you are wearing a jumpsuit. The detailing on the blouse is perfection!

What a gorgeous blouse!! My mom (the 70’s model on my blog) would be all over this matching outfit—that’s her security blanket, while I try to force her to change it up!!

I wore a sleeveless blush jumpsuit during my 1971 high school class trip to NYC (very Emma Peel). I love how trends come around again every few decades.
