A very attractive design…would be interesting if, behind each side of the fringe, there was on one side a column of hidden buttons and, on the other, button holes so that the fringed sides could be buttoned up/joined as a single fringed detail. Then, it could be used as a real jacket…for cooler windier days, eh? 🙂
