The girls and I (as in, absolutely all of us) are wearing the same outfit. (This is the real reason I had children.) As I bask in how my sartorial life has reached its pinnacle, let’s talk about why I’m really excited here. We’re wearing an absolutely essential sailor sweater, one of the few items that can truly be styled and put to brilliant use year-round. The layering piece the girls are wearing underneath their sailor sweaters are so soft and comfortable, with plenty of convenient snaps, that honestly should be purchased in bulk. We’re also wearing a highly functional barrel-leg pant that’s a closet staple at every age, but something that’s particularly fun to see the baby barrel pant on my mini-mes. I’m also rounding out the look with a classic woven soft-as-butter loafer and I don’t think I need to tell this audience how dedicated I am to a good flat. The girls will learn to appreciate this essential in time, but for now, Liza feels that shoes are entirely ornamental when not used as fun projectiles.

Ok so there are actually pertinent details here apart from the cuteness.
