Of all the recipes I’m going to tackle over the next month, I think I’m most excited for these French onion mashed potatoes from How Sweet Eats. Thanks to the caramelized onions and melty gruyere cheese, these mashed potatoes promise to be a standout on my Thanksgiving table. My only problem will be sharing. I may end up parking them next to my plate and conveniently "forgetting" to pass the dish. Oh, silly me!
