We eat quite a lot of quinoa in our house and are always making big bowls of it with favorite roasted veggies and other accoutrements. However, thanks to Liz Adams, I've found the holy grail quinoa bowl recipe. TRUST. My only preferred tweak is goat cheese instead of feta. I made extra of everything last weekend and it was perfect to refrigerate and grab throughout the week for lunch. SO. GOOD.
