I documented this over the weekend on instastories, but on Saturday, I tried Cryotherapy for the first time and absolutely LOVED IT. Throughout many years of competitive sports, my body has always responded well to any and all kinds of ice therapy—cold compresses, ice baths, all of the cold things. My friend Lauryn has been raving about Cryotherapy for months (you can read her full post here thoroughly explaining the benefits), so I finally decided to give it a try at Quick Cryo in Tribeca. I went in super sore from a tough workout the day before, and left completely rejuvenated and energized. I'm a total convert.
