I’m aware that there’s a HUGE community of Cricut fanatics out there, and that the hobby itself can get really involved. (Have you seen the AISLES dedicated to Cricut paraphernalia at craft stores, I mean HAVE YOU?) However, I would like to dabble in this sweet personalization craft machine without becoming a full-fledged Craft Mom. This machine is a great way to try your hand at Cricut because it keeps things simple and allows you to personalize cards, mugs, essentially all the little things you love to give as thoughtful gifts. For Colette’s birthday last Fall, a friend used this machine to cut out the letters of her name and artfully applied them to the outside of a darling birthday card. The same friend also has used it to create beautiful labels for household and pantry items. I love this kind of personalization and can’t wait to try it for myself.
