If you’ve been following along on my Instastories over the last 24 hours, you’ve been slowly watching me receive an education in coffee mugs that is invaluable. I received what I now know is a “camp” or “campfire” mug in a gift basket over the holidays, and absolutely fell in love with it. However, outside the months of November and December, I can't bear to have holiday items in my presence. Thus, I asked for help in identifying the mug (it had no brand or logo on it) so I could order a non-holiday version of the same mug for use over the next 10 months. You quickly helped me identify that it was called a "camp," "campfire," or "tinware" style mug, but the tricky part was finding one that's dishwasher/microwave safe (i.e. not the actual metal camping versions) and just the right oversized (15oz) size. Thankfully after innumerable DMs and many a google search, I indeed uncovered some promising versions of the same mug with... a different outfit. I have decided on ordering these mugs from Canvas home (which look amazing but unfortunately are only sold in a set of four) and these beauties (which are slightly smaller than I'd prefer, so we'll see!) from Amazon. Now I am a collector.
