Taking Cara Babies Newborn Sleep Classes

There’s no shortage of great baby resources and books out there (I think Rich and I have officially tested them all). However, Taking Cara Babies was routinely cited by friends we trust as being their "holy grail" and now we know why. It has been incredibly helpful in getting Colette's sleep and nap schedule under control, in addition to helping us immensely with soothing and swaddling tips and tricks. I truly can’t recommend this class highly enough to parents of newborns currently trying to make sense of it all.
