These photos were snapped during an early morning coffee run to my go-to coffee shop in our neighborhood—The Jane on Fillmore Street here in San Francisco. As illustrated, a blazer and jeans has been my workwear uniform of late, and certainly makes for a perfect casual Friday getup. You may recognize my blazer from this recent post where I styled it with other blush-hued pieces for a monochromatic look. Today, I’m all about the easy day-to-night look and paired the blazer with white skinny jeans and a silk tank with fun back details. Once the workday is over, I can ditch the blush blazer and head to happy hour with a sleek all-white look.
On a totally unrelated note, I feel it’s my civic duty to share some insanely good finds that I recently stumbled upon while shopping for some upcoming travel: First off, apparently everything (actually) at Ann Taylor is 50% off right now and I dare you to find a dress that’s cuter than this one, this one or this one. Triple dog dare. ALSO, I haven’t shopped a ton at Madewell in the past (no idea why!), but stumbled upon their site when looking for some new denim shorts, and fast forward 20 minutes, my shopping cart had 13 items in it. Wish I was kidding. The box arrived today and I guess Madewell is officially my new favorite store. I basically hoarded all of their high-waisted denim shorts, these sandals, these tanks, this romper, and a slew of other things that you’ll be seeing quite a bit here and on instagram in the next few weeks!
