Any advice on straight leg pant inseams with flats? Any chance you could post a picture from the side next time so i can see how they fall with the flats? Whenever I look for advice online, the pants are ankle skimmers and I don’t want that.

    • Of course! I usually post pictures from the side, but sorry for not including one this time. To answer your question, it depends on the pant leg. These pants aren’t a true straight leg, but actually taper to fall just below the ankle, as you can see from the full shot above and also on the model on the Jones New York website. For a true straight leg, I would recommend that the hem end 1-1.5 inches off the ground. If you’re wearing flats, the hem should just cover the roundest part of the your shoe’s heel.

  14. Love the red! I just have a question/request for you – I’m in my early 20’s and getting ready to graduate college and start interviewing with companies. What would you recommend wearing for a professional interview? I think that there is a delicate balance between feminine and professional and you seem to have the style down! I’m curious what you would recommend or if you could possibly do a post on this. Thanks!
